For this reason, the Vino Argo^® system is backed by a ninety (90) day limited warranty. Our goal is to be certain that the product you purchase provides you with both quality and value. While our products are manufactured using quality materials, our warranty is not unconditional. Our warranty does not cover product damage that may result from abuse, normal wear and tear, or damage by common carrier or airline. Our warranty specifically excludes damage to other products and contents (including, but not limited to, wine extraction devices, wines extracted from bottles, wine bottles, and glassware) due to the failure of the product. We respectfully reserve the right, at our option, to repair or replace Vino Argo^® products we deem to be covered under our warranty. We will professionally repair, or if not possible, replace it with a similar product.
